a comment: I am mainly interested in painting ideas, often through the use of more or less figuative elements. I work in many media including oil paint, acrylic, resin, and encaustic on a variety of sufraces such as wood, canvas and steel. Performance has also been a part of my work, mainly in Europe, but more recently here as well.

Bed the art work on the top left..

This piece was used on the cover of a book of poems written by Stan Rogal based on my paintings. The book is called called "sub rosa" and was produced in colour by Wolsak and Wynn. Stan wrote 8 series of poems that work with the 8 painted images reproduced in the book.

I am just trying to get the hang of the blog thing today, seems like a nice way to share images, etc. so I'll give it a try and will be adding and shifting things as I figure it out .
